The Certified Nursing Assistant (Nursing Asst. I) performs basic patient care by assisting in the treatment and care of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse.Minimum Position Qualifications:Education:•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required•Graduate of a recognized hospital-based nursing assistant program or equivalent•Must have taken and passed state certification examLicense / Certification:•BLS Certification or CPR•Current and up-to-date; Texas Nursing Assistant CertificationExperience:•Preferred but not required.Shift:•Night•12 hour ShiftsDifferentials are offered for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends & Holidays
