Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Front End Coordinator (TAC) supports many recruiters through a variety of tasks throughout the recruitment cycle. Tasks include but not limited to scheduling phone screens, scheduling interviews, processing applicants, supporting Hiring Manager process support and special projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide administrative and transactional support to assigned Recruiters with a focus on processing internal transfers.

  • Depending on the area supporting, responsibilities could include foundational pre-screening, scheduling candidates for interview, preparing offer letters, dispositioning applicants and gathering all necessary documents for transfers.

  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data integrity and compliance by updating candidate status and dispositioning candidates appropriately.

  • Assist with job postings and scheduling phone screens.

  • Assist with recruiting report preparation and standard recruiting metrics reporting.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • High proficiency with automated applicant tracking systems (ATS) with a working knowledge of Taleo preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills, including detailed data analysis.

  • Strong detail and quality orientation.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees/candidates.

  • Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent and proactive communication skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2 - 3 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting preferred.
