Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Representative in Lubbock, Texas
A bank in the Lubbock area is looking for a bilingual customer service representative with excellent phone skills and the ability to handle a multiple line phone system. A good phone voice and ability to handle customer inquiries is a must. Duties will include answering a multi-line phone system, data entry, assisting customers with their accounts, and heavy customer service. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Spanish. 2 to three years in a call center, strong phone skills, data entry and able to read, write and understand Spanish. Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The work schedule will be one week day and Sunday off working a 40 hour work week.
