Position Description Prepare and coordinate football-specific requests for coaching staff. Assist with the execution of all team activities and on-campus recruiting activities. This is not an on-the-field coaching position.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Assist with all summer camp logistics.

  • Prepare and coordinate football-specific requests for the defensive coaching staff. This includes overseeing the breakdown of opponent film, developing weekly scouting reports, assist with game-planning preparations. This is not an on-the-field coaching position.

  • Assist with the execution of all team activities. This includes team travel, meetings and other football-related events.

  • Assist with all on-campus recruiting activities.

  • Comply with all NCAA, Big 12 and Texas Tech University rules, regulations and policies.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year responsible experience. Additional specific job related experience may substitute for required education on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year's experience in a college athletic program.

  • Previous knowledge of NCAA Compliance and Legislation.

Pay Statement Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.
