The Administrative Coordinator for Guardianship (ACG) will provide efficient, professional, and multi-faceted administrative support to the Court Investigator and County Judge. The ACG will coordinate the daily court activities for the County Judge, providing guidance and direction on docket management, including the monitoring and prioritization of cases. The ACG will professionally and courteously interact with the general public, case parties, attorneys, and other court personnel. The ACG will assist in the coordination of and support for the daily activities of the Court Investigator and County Judge, including answering the telephone, setting appointments or meetings, and other activities required to maintain the effectiveness and compliance with policies and regulations. The ACG is responsible for managing the administrative and managerial judicial functions of the assigned court; manages court personnel through scheduling; manages the court s dockets from filing to final disposition; prepares judicial orders and documents; and performs related duties as required. Qualifications. High School diploma required. Graduation from an accredited 4-year college or university with major course work in public, business or judicial administration preferred. Experience in court coordination preferred.
